The City of Chilicothe has a very active team in the“Relay for Life” which benefits the American Cancer Society.  In the past two years, we have raised over $10,000!
 
On February 28^th, the team sponsored a Chili Cook-Off that was very well attended.  Prizes were awarded to the winning entries and the chili was sold, along with sandwiches, desserts and beverages for a $5 donation to City employees, families and other downtown workers. The 2-hour event raised over $500 for the Relay.
 

Pictured below are the chili cook-off winners:  First place went to Mark Goodman; Second Place Winner was Kelly Kight; Third Place Winner was Barney Senff and the award for Most Original went to Hal Stonerock
